Hi,

I work with TAFE NSW and  we currently have version 1.1 installed in a trial sandpit environment.

The RSS feeds do not work and have never dine so. I am wondering if this could be version related or an issue caused by the DET firewalls and authentication requirements to browse external sites via the internet?

Any suggestions or ideas are welcomed :)

Hi Nayorine

It sounds like this might a firewall problem - is it possible to create content that can have a feed on the internal server and link to this to test out whether this is the problem.

You might need to talk to your IT support staff on what security they have on the network.

It appears that it is caused by an authentication issue which is required to browse externally.
