Can someone please tell me if it is possible to add a blog to a group view & if so how to go about it.

Hi Nayomie

The blog block is missing from the group view creation - a blog is usually connected to an individual - with forums for group discussions.

It is possible to include a link to a personal blog by adding a text box and inserting the link to this. Depending on the blog tool used it may be possible for others to post - this wouldn't be connected to the access used for mahara views though.

Yes I was aware that I could link a personal in via a text box but had a request from one of our teachers regarding the ability to add a blog to groups as her students are working on group assessment tasks. I said I didnt think it was possible & suggetsed the forum like you did. I also told her that I would chase it up via the community & see if there was any other way; hence my post.
