hello if I install the software always comes the error!

I have get these messages:

 But I get that my installation has been successfully!

I cannot register.

 Could you please clue me in on how to fix this?

I have installed last Mahara version (1.2.3 february 2010)

Well, I have changed my .htaccess file and Mahara is running but I got another problem (I wonder).

How can I get my admin password? During installation I was not asked about any admin password.

The admin password is 'mahara' by default.
