Hello, 

Files were uploaded so they would show up for all users under the Links and Resources area. The person working on our site later deleted the files, but the links (which don;t work) still show up on the site. Also, if we now upload new files they won;t show up here. If I go to:

Site Admin>Configure Site>Links and Resources and try to add any more files or links, I get a Failed to Load Items msg.

 Any suggestions for what is going on and how to fix?

Rob,

It sounds like a bug.  The links should be deleted whenever the files are deleted.  It'd be great if you could file a bug report on the tracker.  In the meantime I think you can probably fix the problem by deleting everything out of the site_menu table in your database.
