Organising a more advanced folder structure for views is on the roadmap, but in the meantime I was just wondering about how to manage what I already have. I tend to be messy at the best of times, so I do need to get organised occasionally.

I have talked about using a blog as a table of contents for inter-related views before, and today the light went on in my head (a rare moment) and I realised I could use a blog as a table of contents for all my views, and even for all my blogs if I wanted to (they are not as bad; I have 20 pages of Views). I just copied and pasted each View heading (the Blue heading) into a blog and voilà instant list which I have placed in my first View (named 000000Ian so it stays on top). Lastly, it is also a good way to go through your list and make a note of which views you should delete.

Hope this idea helps any other Mahara people who have as much trouble as I do organising their life.
