Web Installer Error

Warning: require(errors.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/mahara/init.php on line 48

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'errors.php' (include_path='/var/www/mahara/lib/:/var/www/mahara/lib/pear/:.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /var/www/mahara/init.php on line 48 
 
Hello I have this error message when trying to access the Web Install whats the problem ? 
 
I've followed this guide http://wiki.mahara.org/System_Administrator's_Guide/Installing_Mahara 
 
And the system is Apache 2.2.8 Ubuntu 5.9 suhosin patch PHP 5.2.4 MySQL 5.0.51a

Hi, That is a very weird error. Maybe when you uploaded the mahara files some of them didn't come across properly? Can you check to see that there's an errors.php in Mahara's lib directory?
