I am in the process of trying to deveop a co-curricular transcript for the undergraduate students at my university. A co-curricular transcript is a record of student’s participation in activities outside
of the classroom(organizations, leadership position, community service,
etc). I want students to be able to upload new information they are a part of, however, I want my office to be able to regulate and approve it. Adding it to our portal or moodle sites is ideal!

 Does anyone know how to go about doing this? Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Corey,

Unfortunately no - Mahara is really about students being able to control and publish their own content and be in control of their own learning environment.  It would probably be a bit hard to retrofit approval process to that, although you could probably (ab)use the view submission feature...
