when following the pdf guide for mahara/moodle integration, setting up XMLRPC 

 Authority: XMLRPC

WWW: moodle.domain.ac.uk

 port:80

click on submit, all i get it processing.....then ends up at a blank page

Moodle is running on the same Windows 2003/IIS 6 box.  

error logs show

 500 error message -

tried in both IE and Firefox

I did get a PHP Error at one point, but might be permissions but unsure.

Hi again,

 got the dredded php error this time after several attempts 

 PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 01B0B17F

 cant find much on the web about this....

Mahara isn't really tested on IIS, so you might find you have problems there.. I certainly know nothing about why you might be getting those errors. "Access Violation" sound like some sort of memory access violation, which is something I have no experience with at all 

Any chance you can use a linux server for your Mahara?

Failing that, some other members of the forum might know more about IIS, maybe they'll care to chime in

I have been meaning to setup moodle on Linux but got know where with it, and issues with our proxy server.  so i gave up on that.
