I wish to add my voice to the thanks as well  Nigel. Your friendly and tireless manner has greatly contributed to building the community that is Mahara. Running your own online business is a tough gig, but it is also exciting. Please share some Mahara 'Views' with us that profile your business. I would love to share them on Foliospaces as well.

 All the best,

 Ian Knox

Good luck Nigel.

Miss you all.

Keep us informed about your projects.

Mahara without Nigel will be like the spaghetti without tomato.

Dear greetings from Italy.

I am, however, confident that the project Mahara will be followed equally well by other group members.

Although we never met I can say I admire your work with Mahara. We are planning a significant roll-out of Mahara here in the US in 2010 and know your work will benefit many over the coming years. Good luck in your new endeavors.

Good luck with your new project, Nigel!

We will miss you a lot!! Thank you very much for your help and your hard work.

There is a traditional gaelic blessing that we also use in Scotland:

May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face;
the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand.

All the best for the future!

And welcome to Francois, Piers and Dan

Wow guys, thanks so much for all your messages! SmileSmileSmile

I'll be sure to keep in touch. I don't see me quitting #mahara on freenode for example - after all, I'm still in #geshi (my previous open source project) after all these years - so I'll always be around there at least.

And Mahara will continue on strong with you guys around. Richard, Francois and company know about open source and the community, so things should keep trucking along just fine Cool.

I'll be posting about my startup venture on my blog from time to time, so if anyone is interested in hearing about it, feel free to subscribe to the feed
