I am a teacher of English language and communication at the Extension School of the University of Oulu, Finland.

My particular interests at present are teaching scientific writing in the STEM disciplines and supporting colleagues who teach their discipline through the medium of English (EMI). To support my work, I am currently studying discipline-specific differences in research articles in a variety of technological disciplines.
