From 2004 to 2008 I worked as a primary school teacher on the North Shore in New Zealand. From 2009 to 2012 I worked for HRDNZ (Moodle Partner) as an eLearning consultant. In 2011 I started work at Unitec Institute of Technology as web tools support, moved on to being an academic advisor with a focus on e-learning, until late 2015. In 2013 I also started working for Waitemata District Health Board as an instructional designer, and I am now working full time in this position.
I enjoy photography, iceskating, skiing, snowboarding, reading, writing, painting, sketching, running... and of course computers and eLearning!

I like "Haiku" and my recent Haiku is ...
Japanese: Cafe no door wa hiraki haru wo miokuri
English: Cafe door open see off Springtime
Japanese: Usugurano ame ni torinaku banka kana
English: Darkish rain Twittering birds the end of summer
Japanese: Shunshou ya tokotoko tokotoko beagle ken
English: Spring vesper toddle along beagle dog
Japanese: Haru no yuu usumomoiro mo futebuteshi
English: Spring vesper faint pink audacious too
The theme of my life is "Being Open".
And my personal motto is "Is there any learning going on there?".
