It is tough to get students motivated, but I will dedicate my time to find learning interesting by finding the adequate methods and techniques that suits each individual's needs and learning style. Making learning fun and interesting to students, believing on them when no one else did, will be the greatest gift I could receive. As the educator I want to be, it will be important that I help them understand how important it is to fluently speak English and Spanish.
