Hello,

I am using Mahara 22.04 with elasticsearch6. When I try to use the report function as per the manual instructions, I do not get any info back. Either I get a message with "no statistics available" (single user selected) or a table filled with "0" and a firstleft column with unexpalined "w.c. anydate" entries. 

Logging of all events has been active since installation nearly 2 years ago now, but the report function has never been working ever since. Now that te site starts being crowded I really would benefit of it so I asking please to help me with this issue.

Hi Adriano,

Can you please check that Elasticsearch is running and that the index is being processed? That's in Admin menu → Extensions → Plugin administration → Elasticsearch.

Yes Elasticsearch is running, but please how do i know the index is being processed?

Hi Adriano,

You know Elasticsearch is running fine if the indeces are close to 0 in Admin menu → Extensions → Plugin administration → elasticsearch.
