How to set Admin User's e-mail address: email@example.com

I have successfully installed Mahara at my Desktop Computer.
Now I want to setup Admin User's e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org but just can't.
I can see this default mail address when I'm logged in as Admin User, at:
Settings / Administration / Users
How can I do that?

Log in as the admin user. Then click "Return to site" to get out of the administration section of the site, and then click "Content" and then "Contact Information", and you'll see the user's email address.

now I can to delete the email@example.com address, that I can't deleted preciously.
