Hi there,

I have a teacher who has been on a study award at university where she built up a "my portfolio" at mypotfolio.ac.nz. She has now finished at university and wants her portfolio transferred to myportfolio.school.nz at our institution (Mt Roskill Grammar School).

I downloaded a "Leap2A" file from her old account and tried to Add a new user at our end choosing to load the Leap2A zip file I had downloaded (just like on the youtube clip I'd seen).

Trouble is every time I come to load the file it fails. Screen shot below. Any ideas what i am doing wrong?

Hello Michael,

This is a very particular question for the Mahara sites that you are using (you forgot to attach a screenshot ). Please send either Craig ( [email protected] ) or me ( [email protected] ) an email with the screenshot of the error message and we should be able to figure it out.
