Hello, I no longer seem to have the option to create a new group. My email also seems to be blocked if I want to change my password. It says to contact an Administrator. I haven't kept up with developments this year which may be the problem

Hello Judith,

Only administrators can create groups on mahara.org. It is the web site to discuss developments of Mahara, but not to keep portfolios or use mahara.org for portfolio / group work that does not pertain to the development and discussion of Mahara as software (see Terms of Service).

Where did you try to change your password? You should be able to do that on your "Settings" page. That doesn't have anything to do with the group creation.
