How can I modify the name fields at an another user's profile page?
The mandatory fields are in disabled state.

Hi - I'm not sure I understand the question fully - how are you attempting to modify other user's fields? Where in Mahara are you going and what are you trying to do?

Sorry for my poor english...
If I log in as a user, at the Profie page, i have 3 disabled field: First Name, Last Name, Student ID. (<input type="text" value="Name" disabled="disabled" tabindex="1" name="firstname" id="profileform_firstname" class="required text autofocus"/>)
Is there any setting where I can allow to the user to change their name?
