mahara_notification_internal_activity table type field

In the mahara_notification_internal_activity table there's a field called "type". Is there a list available somewhere showing what each numeric value means?
1 - appears to be a contact request
2 - message from another user
6 - new "contact us" message for admins
What are the other types?

They're all in the activity_type table and have their own classes defined in lib/activity.php3 results
