Allow third party to access your notes.
Allow third party to make changes to your library.
Allow access to all current and future groups.
As Gregor said, these two warnings are general for your Mahara site. You find a bit more information in the user manual on where you need to make the change and / or where you can read up on the necessity.

1. When the block is displayed on a page, there is no info at all.
2. There is one Warning message in admin:

]]>We have installed your 'Cloud Plug in' on our development installation. Right now we cannot get it to work - we are only trying to start using Zotero. Is there a documentation you can point us to? Is it ok to ask questions here in the Support forum?
